They think we're stupid but for me what's more troubling is how little regard they have for our lives and our humanity. They don't care what we think. They don't care if we thrive or even survive.
We do have some beautiful sunsets in Kansas.

You'd be surprised. I live in subsidized housing for people over 55. The last four people I asked "How are you holding up in this national crisis?" shook their heads and said some version of "I don't pay any attention to that mess."
