Please just spread this in case someone gets this! I am not a cybersecurity guy (sadly) but this is very shady, and I don't want more mutual to fall for it.
Blurred name I assume their account got hijacked/stolen. The site also seems to be kinda Impersonating Lovoo which is a dating app the last time I checked. (As a German I was bombarded with their Ads on TV) I put the file through Virustotal as well and oh boi- No wonder shit didn't run on a VM.
I assume there is a new discord scam/hijack going around. If anyone messages you inviting you to watch a movie, Series or, so, than be careful, the site is fairly new and uses Dropbox as a way to download the EXE. Not to mention you can only create an account after downloading said EXE
