Blurred name I assume their account got hijacked/stolen.
The site also seems to be kinda Impersonating Lovoo which is a dating app the last time I checked. (As a German I was bombarded with their Ads on TV)
I put the file through Virustotal as well and oh boi- No wonder shit didn't run on a VM.
