A new round of Federal Election Commission filings confirmed Democrats’ suspicions that Lead Left PAC, Real Change PAC and Blue California PAC were purposefully boosting candidates perceived as weaker contenders in a general election in hopes of engineering more favorable matchups for Republicans.

HOLY SMOKES! Moscow right now 🔥🔥🔥
I live in a very rural, very red part of Arizona. Most houses here, including mine, have heat pumps because they are cheaper to run, period. Helps that gas is not at all common here - if you get it, it’s through a tank in your yard and you have to really want it.
Shifting how we power vehicles away from gasoline & diesel fuel & instead powering more of our vehicles by electricity, makes the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, or other oil supply shocks, much less powerful as an economic weapon. Decarbonization is a national security strategy, & it’s a big one.
Range anxiety is not a valid excuse to not own an EV. EVs today have 250-300 miles range & high-end ones have almost double that. Most of the U.S. is now within a 50-mile driving radius of an EV DC fast charger. And much of it is with a 10-mile radius. 🧪💡🔌☀️💨💧🔋 www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

When oil prices rise, who's pocketing all that extra money? It's not the gas stations, like you might think...

There are a lot more fast chargers than there used to be. Look up what that could mean for a route near you.

Lithuania just christened Rasa, the world's first commercial tanker running entirely on green hydrogen and batteries — here's how the propulsion actually works.

In the continental U.S., oil powers less than 1% of electricity. We don’t use oil to make electricity in the continental U.S. When we shift powering our cars with oil to electricity, we stop using oil for transportation. Since we can make electricity from lots of clean sources, we increase security.
Great to see @motherjones.com pick up the heat pump group buy chatter! I always love it when the conversation breaks out of the electrification community into more mainstream channels. Thanks for the feature!
