Unlocking the therapeutic potential of cellular mechanobiology

We produced three HIV VLP types with the same Gag protein shell but different envelopes:
• GagM + gp150
• GagM + gp140HA₂tr
• GagM + gp120HA₂
This allowed us to isolate the mechanical role of the envelope proteins.
