We need more local transportation history exhibits like this, including one that recognizes that this tunnel was originally built for buses, or the former site of Convention Place station, etc.
Since 1989, millions of passengers have used Community Transit’s Commuter routes to travel between Snohomish County and Seattle. This chapter in CT’s history will come to a close today when the only remaining Commuter route, Route 424, makes its final trips between Seattle and the City of Snohomish.

Don’t know what the terminals in Europe are like but the terminals in Thailand support both NFC and QR payment. The code is either displayed on screen or printed out as a separate slip or on the bill. FWIW, QR codes are part of the EMV standard which Thailand adopted for its PromptPay system.
