After distro-hopping, I've landed on using Ubuntu Cinnamon. In my opinion, a really classy Linux install procedure, and desktop. Much like ubuntu (meaning: I am what I am because of who we all are), many Linux distros are what they are because of what Ubuntu (the distro) is.
