there are things catchers need to learn that you can’t always see from the bench, little tics from hitters that are clues on how to solve the puzzle and stuff, that just takes time to learn

First round of all star game voting results is so funny because you have countless people going “wait why is the popularity contest a popularity contest????”
in most cases I would say that this is a terrible idea, and that it hurts the development of catchers
but -
the dodger farm is largely bereft of talent behind the dish, so if they’re going to play with it, sadly, this backstop group is the one with whom to do it
bev/flavor rather than a food, but coffee, the taste and smell are so off-putting
mlb should’ve headed this off last year with Kershaw, but still, good
everything is “concepts of a plan” with these stupid mfs
maybe the dodgers think of that as more finishing school curricula (AA/AAA), and the test is seeing if these sort of non-prospects can learn it at just those levels? even then, that’s a small crowd of guys on which to base a case study 🤷♂️
lmao the end - the tax greed, as opposed to the far more acceptable capitalist greed (and socialism as a one way street)
there’s no hate and it’s just expression if a player writes trans rights or Free Palestine on there, correct?
