This is positive - but the key thing will be Ministers (not just official comms) leaving

There is little doubt that Andy Burnham will be elected in Makerfield at the end of the count. The margin is tbc. It may be rather less close than Reform campaigners or the polls had suggested, with media & online focus on the Restore/Reform splinter as decisive maybe proving erroneous too.
