๐ Yesterday Scandicci hosted a ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ focused on food prototypes that could be developed from CWRs. The activity, organised by project partner Universidade Catรณlica Portuguesa, is part of the projectโs research exploring how CWRs can be commercialised and used in culinary applications.
๐ฃ๏ธ Elisa Pizarro Carbonell (Aprisco) recently took part at the SEAE Agroecology Conference in Pamplona.
She presented the innovative work in northern Extremadura on #CWRs through the #COUSINproject and the BiodivRURAL living lab.
