Surprised people are surprised, considering the cybersecurity and ethical concerns surrounding Niantic during Ingress and early Pokemon Go.

Literally me until I saw a minotaur piece by @tush.bsky.social, back in 2019, that reawakened the writing demon inside me.

Today I read the script for the next Devil's Gambit update. I lost count of how many times it got me teary eyed while editing it and being on-call with @alpha0.art to discuss the art. Maybe it hits me this hard because of my involvement with the project, but I really think the writing merits it.

Another Devil's Gambit editing session, and again I'm left destroyed.

I also look forward to the future when people will be able to REREAD Devil's Gambit from start to finish and catch all the planning and foreshadowing that went into it. This has been such an incredible project, and I'm proud to have played a role in it.
