It's a software injection. It's used to test pipelines to ensure they're able to correctly ingest alerts and then fetch and handle the data.

The notion that you can make market rent off a lot of these buildings is clearly flawed: alternative uses which build on the city's character and prevent things falling into dereliction are a clear win-win.
In a city where empty office buildings are becoming tinderboxes, it's really incomprehensible why the council is trying to squeeze vibrant organisations out of city property.
