I was inspired last night to start a new drawing that's been in my head since I began reading Witch Hat Atelier. It's more on the "meme" side. Let's see if I'll finish it today—the piece; I'm only on ch. 30 of the manga so far.
My phone is at 90% at 09:00, and I just think that's satisfying.
All through yesterday was the static of rainfall present o'erhead. I emerged to retrieve the mail at a lull, barefoot. I felt "grounded" by sensations underfoot and those sprinkling my head and shoulders, by the scents. I decided at the base of our driveway I'd stomp in a puddle—for old times' sake.
