How am I supposed to handle being a person when incredibly minor things make me feel like I want to peel my skin off. How am I supposed to deal with looking at a friend who didn’t do anything wrong and thinking “the last time we talked I dipped because you made me feel like cutting a finger off”
I’m just so emotionally fragile and when they break the shards dig into me like glass. Every perceived slight is an attack. Every lapse in attention is like being choked out. Every kind word is mockery, condescending, dehumanizing. I can’t live like this. I can’t be a person like this.
