Our interns returned from the Christmas break, and Shianu was greeted with a delightful surprise on her first day back. Yesterday marked her birthday, and Liz, along with the team at the Crown Court Café, ensured it didn’t go unnoticed.
Since starting at the café, Shianu has continued to thrive.

Today marked a significant milestone for Kamelija as she took the bus for the first time, travelling to her Supported Internship placement.
Accompanied by her job coach, Kamelija confidently walked to the bus stop and checked the timetable to ensure they were on the right route!
Kevin is thriving in his Supported Internship, setting up for Christmas meals and parties.
Today is extra special—it’s his birthday! The GM surprised him with a cake to celebrate his dedication.

Today, members of the Wayfinder team attended the Preparation for Adulthood event at Mansfield Civic Centre. We were able to speak with young people and their families about our fantastic pathway to employment.
Matty is excelling in his Supported Internship at Dunelm, where he has been working diligently on the shop floor since September. This week, he has taken on crucial till training and is picking it up impressively well.
