Nothing like telling anyone except the employees that they're about to lose their jobs.
The argument is that the company doesn't want employees finding out via journalists. Instead they get to hear it from their colleagues and social networks, because the company sure ain't gonna be on top of it.
They'll say, "Now isn't the right time to #unionize." But it's always the right time for worker #solidarity.
They said unionizing put the nail in Hfx's coffin. #Ubisoft says it didn't. Regardless, being unionized meant we had tools to stand up for ourselves instead of facing them alone. ✊
