It won't be. Given that AI is already commonly beating humans, and keeps on improving very rapidly, human-level performance won't soon be acceptable in any case in many jobs.
The reality is that working in prisons sucks.
Now, the system is subjecting teenagers to these nightmarish conditions, hiring them as COs in a desperate attempt to recruit its way out of understaffing.
Spoiler: It won't work.
I've stopped trying to have any sort of conversation about AI on social media. Even people I used to admire fall prey to easily debunked misinformation. Any mention of AI seems to scramble people's brains into mush.
