2/3 This is not just a barrier for individual claimants — it means unlawful decisions and even systemic illegality can go unchallenged for years. Judicial review is supposed to hold public bodies accountable. If access depends on wealth, that principle is undermined.
2/2 Age assessment is a child protection issue. Decisions this important should be led by qualified social workers with the expertise to understand young people's circumstances, not by unproven, dehumanising and experimental technology.
