windows tries very hard to get you to sync desktop/documents/etc. to onedrive, so that it can then complain youve filled your entire storage from doing so
ahh i asked around and turns out those buttons are all hidden when the backend service isnt active, you should be able to wake it up by connecting or starting the login process, even if you dont complete it. we'll make the next version show the dock icon button all the time
