Trying out Marathon and I’m absolutely in love with Destroyer’s design. They gave me some cosmetics but idk why I’d ever want to be anything other than a Jegan!
Currently aiming for an August release, by the by. I would’ve loved to get this out on July 24th because that would’ve been the 1 year anniversary of Island Off Outer Darkness AND thematically relevant, but these things take time.
Big news: you can now wishlist Island Off Outer Dancing, the rhythm game sequel to IOOD, on Steam! Very excited to get this to all of you as soon as I possibly can. It’s quite different, obviously, but I hope y'all stick with it. Don't forget — it'll be free! store.steampowered.com/app/4584700/...
New blog posts on my website after a month and a half. Did you know I own ANTHEM now? I’m an owner of Anthem Legion of Dawn edition!!! I also reviewed the Mormon “Dirty Mountain Dew” and it was Dr Pepper Dark Berry bad. And something about my response to IOOD blowing up, or whatever. zugerujk.net
IOODancing will have Steam Deck support as well but it's designed for the DualSense (or DualShock 4) due to taking heavy inspiration from the Persona Dancing games' control schemes. So, uh, it'll probably be awkward.
I have now purchased Oklahoma's cheapest menthol-infused Steam Deck off Facebook Marketplace. A compatibility patch for IOOD will be coming sometime soon (before IOODancing).
Honestly, I don't want to hear about how near-future novels are too pessimistic or without hope. Look at the goddamn world around you. This is peak dystopia.
