Can the LLM answer the question as usefully as the hand curated model of the world and the bag of heuristics in Salesforce? If so, the gain of not having to do all the data babysitting is a killer. Sales dudes do not love data entry.

It helps here that the question is fuzzy: a probabilistic answer is fine. How many questions are fuzzy enough?
(For more rigorous issues like stock management or accounting, the data is also almost never a mathematically exact representation of the world. Fuzziness is a spectrum.) 3/3
Sometimes the whole use case of SaaS software may disappear.
Look at say Salesforce: the function of this software is for sales dudes to answer the question "who should I call next?". What happens if the sales dude just dumps all they do (all emails and calls, all powerpoints, etc) into a LLM? 1/
