Standard homeowner’s insurance typically will not include flood insurance although many properties are at risk of flooding even outside of designated flood zones. Rep. Rusnock's bill that passed the House requires insurers to inform homeowner’s insurance buyers when policies don’t cover flood loss.
Each year more than 1.6 billion tons of freight is moved by rail nationwide–50 million tons originating here in Pennsylvania. PA industries rely on rail for getting raw materials in and finished goods out. We cannot compromise on safety so we're working to build a better future.
