Im not entirely sure who’s vote they want they’re certainly not courting anyone who would actually consider voting for them
Thank you
A fifth of all eligible MPs have now signed this
(Remembering that 93 MPs are ministers and can’t sign EDMs)
Please write to yours to ask them to sign.

Have written to @kimleadbeatermp.bsky.social and sadly haven’t had an acknowledgment that it’s even been received.
I remember being told this was ok to do as a very junior doctor in the 00s it never sat well with me.
Cheshire west finally articulated that feeling for me and the ability to use it to stop it to speak up and explain why it shouldn’t happen.
It feels like we’re moving backwards everyday
This is utterly disgusting. If this stands, people with profound cognitive disabilities will be left without protection. This is the kind of horror that will end up being the subject of a major inquiry 20 years from now when the damage has already been done. www.mind.org.uk/news-campaig...
Horrid.
I also thought that the original Cheshire west was because of ECHR v Poland in 2012 specially about a man who couldn’t consent to (but didn’t object) to being followed everywhere so it feels once again nonsensical but then I know nothing about the law.
If it was real life you wouldn’t walk into a fascist pub everyday just to ‘hold ground’ you’d go have a nice time with your friends. Time to leave and stop giving him traffic
This ruling is mind boggling, Cheshire west immeasurably improved care for our patients and made us consider their care in a completely new light. To remove that is just wrong especially given the case CW was based on (Kędsior V Poland 2012). This court seems to want to make law more and more.
