UPDATE: A D.C. Board of Elections spokesperson tells me there are still lines at eight voting centers in D.C., so results won't be released until those are cleared.

UPDATE on D.C. election results: It's been two hours since polling places should have closed, but there were reports of lines that kept some open. But the D.C. Board of Elections has provided no clarity or details on where the lines are or what caused them.
