I started reading Strange Animals by @jarodkanderson.bsky.social before bed and have dreamt of strange animals two nights in a row. Last night was miniature flying turtles- much better than the night before with a monstrous horned black wolf!

Get more and better quality sleep. Find relationships where you feel loved/cared for. Define success for yourself. Spend time playing.
It's easy to reduce decades of pain & struggle into life advice via hindsight. It sounds great, but isn't all that helpful to younger people where they are now. The middle two I had to learn for myself the hard way. Sleep and play, though, you should take my word on! They will improve your life.
