So the emergency fix to my tooth chipped off although not as bad as before.
The belt buckle snapped off when I was fastening it at work.

This is frustrating.
I know I can run at a faster pace even for the 30 mins and at an easy feel. However to keep it actually easy by heart rate I break it down and slow it down to this.
Hopefully it pays off and does make me a better runner.
At work we are promoting an AI event and one of the questions is "what if an AI took over the world?"
I'd say it'd would be a shit show and be totally incompetent but given current leadership in the world would we notice it?
