Always feels like a rush finding some HK flick I’ve never heard of in this Half Price Books when you can’t even find the dvd other places online. Especially when they have Tony Leung Ka-Fai and Anita Yuen
There is such a madcap energy to I LOVE BOOSTERS and I was smiling ear to ear the whole time. Incredible production design, Alec Gillis creature effects, stop motion, all those beautiful miniatures! Whole cast is so locked in, fuck I loved this, so so happy I made it out to the theater for this
