I told my students in our last class, in a bit of a "this might literally be my last class EVER and I need you to have a come-to-Jesus-moment", that full-stop AI is making them dumber. Like...I can see it happening. I can see, even IN THE PEOPLE SITTING IN FRONT OF ME, that the reliance on AI is bad
