For this week’s PIL Research Seminar, Dr Can Eken, an academic visitor at the Faculty of Law, presented on the topic “Confidentiality and Legitimacy in International Commercial Arbitration: Are They Mutually Exclusive?” followed by a discussion with our Research Group members.
