There's a SPOF with any website. I definitely get what you mean, but being backed by an org rather than a person is no guarantee of stability. The codebase is GPLed too, so there's nothing stopping you from spinning a copy up if it goes down.
Okay so the pharmacy has Vyvance back in stock but apparently instead of, y'know, FILING THE PRESCRIPTION I GAVE THEM AND FILLING IT WHEN THE MEDICATION WAS AVAILABLE they just... didn't? And I lost the paper script??

@aturi.to implements that pattern, more or less. But it would be nice if it could know that, eg, a user wants people linked to blacksky over bluesky, a user is more active on tangled than bluesky and wants that to be the first place users are directed to. No real way to find that info right now!
