Terribly sad to read of the passing of Mickey Mann, music producer and engineer, who connected the dots between The Shamen, Aphex Twin, Orbital, Ramjac, Moby, Irresistible Force and many more. I was honoured to work with his band Pressure of Speech too.
A wonderful glimpse into a moment when the future was still being invented. Every name on the bill tells a story, and together they capture a remarkable chapter in live music history. 1978 was a blast!
