Along with @democracyforward.org, we’re demanding the administration comply with our requests for public records showing gun dealers fueling the country’s gun violence crisis — and what ATF is doing about them.
We deserve answers.
Brady, a nonprofit gun control advocacy group, is suing the ATF and the DOJ over their refusals to release documents and other information about who the largest sellers of crime guns in the U.S. are.
Last week, Brady sued ATF and DOJ over the administration’s refusal to release records seeking data from gun dealers whose weapons frequently, and quickly, end up at crime scenes.
