Oh, I am too lazy for a blueskytorial, so do read the manuscript 😁
I am and will always be skeptic about AI use in science. However, I can finally build omics computational pipelines with very little effort and do not depend on biostatisticians with zero knowledge about how real - and not hypothetical - experiments work (p.s.: I have strong stat foundations).
What I read is "chocoflan", also known as the 'impossible Mexican dessert'. This is some bioinformatician trolling me at the highest level.
Nothing against biostatisticians. I would prefer that biology/biochemistry programs (at any level) had 25% of their curricula on statistics. Our science would be 10X more reliable. Working with pure statisticians is incredibly hard and often frustrating. #justsaying
Had to spend $4,338.40 by the end of the month. Put a single quote for $4,333.40. 😎🤌

Hell yeah, we are running some serious experiments here! #prouddaddy #littlescientist
We put out a preprint with Bluesky-less Gaby Medina-Meza at KUMC (aka my wife). 3y of work, a bunch of coding, and a lot of fun.
