Yo he empezado a llamarle a esto "echarpa'lantismo" para distinguirlo de la verdadera meritocracia—que igual no creo que exista o pueda existir.
Pero creo que no ha perdido su efectividad como narrativa política e ideología que no se autoperciben como tales. i.e. Westcol.
