The wheelchair and toilet riser are definitely making my life easier so far.
Mom is back to sleeping on the sofa. Tricked her into eating a whole ham and cheese sandwich by telling her I was making her a half and then putting a whole sandwich in front of her. 😂
Termite guy is gone so we have migrated back to bed. She ate some cherry tomatoes and an orange, made a trip to the privy and tucked in.
Hooray R is here!
Oh no! 🤣🤣🤣
That's because I shut down her debit card fuckos.
Mom is getting a lot of emails like this since I visited the bank.
Termite treatment happening - YAY!
Mom is semi supporting her own weight this afternoon - YAY!
Hospice nurse is coming tomorrow night for an evaluation - YAY!
R is on his way here with his RV - YAY!
Today is shaping up to be not so awful.
Well, she's asleep on the sofa now because she didn't want to be in bed when the termite guy comes. 😂
She's also mad I wouldn't fight to squeeze her into a too small pair of jeans because he's coming.😐🙄
I am being very cautious to not use a trigger word with her like 'diaper' and I bought ones that look feminine even though I know they won't be as good. She'll need to experience bad first to accept good/ utilitarian.
Vanity still fully intact.
Got mom up. It was hard to get her to wake up but once I got her sitting up she brightened. She's much more communicative today without the keppra. No eye twitching so I'll just watch for that.
Told her I was going to put some pads on the bed for today/tonight and I ordered her absorbent undies.
I've decided to hang a piece of cardboard next to the front door and label it Ghoul Wall of Shame and I'm going to start putting all the mail and the business cards being left on the porch on it.
