Been up since 2. Went down to check on mom and she's snoring. I imagine I'll have a bit of a mess to clean up since she refused a trip to the restroom before I went to bed at 9.
Absorbent undies will be here today for overnights and I currently lined the bed with piddle pads I found in the house.
Just had to go pick mom off the floor. Guess she thought she could just waltz out of bed to the restroom.
I mean the fact that she refused to pee last night when I checked on her and I tried to wake her up twice this morning to go... 🙄
She wanted to go back to bed so that's where she is.
She is more under her own power today. I did not have to lift her to the wheelchair or to the toilet or to the bed. Just had to pick her up off the floor.
Mom is back to sleeping on the sofa. Tricked her into eating a whole ham and cheese sandwich by telling her I was making her a half and then putting a whole sandwich in front of her. 😂
