Okay, big step for us:
We're opening up guided-customs officially! We call it "Build-o". Check it out over at noodlecrafters.com! We're starting with 3 slots as we test the waters.
We will be adding more to our Build-o section in the future as we gain more experience and find what works for us.
My split pour cup design has this funny little quirk where if your printer is super accurate and consistent, the case mode cup will totally allow you to fan the chambers out.
Totally unintentional? Yes. Probably useful? Hell yeah.
Made a silly little banner for my soon-to-be custom toy ordering page.
They can rip my 8 color dithered animations from my cold, dead hands.
Made a lil shelf for my smaller pigment bottles. I think finally I can move back into production now that a lot of counter space is free again
Oh, for makers who don't know, these cups are available freely in noodlecrafters.com/pages/stuff-for-makers
They are weird. They have to be printed in vase mode, and there's a specific file for each nozzle size. But they print REALLY fast and are really efficient.
Pouring new toys is pausing for a few days, currently adding a back-wall shelf to the shop and creating a new silicone dispensing setup to include 00-30 and other hardnesses at the ready other than just medium.
Part of the reason I opened these is because of the intimidation drops give me with the ADHD brain.
I'll still do drops of course, but now if you like, really want a Funnybone or Reptilian Double and I haven't made them in a while, they're still available in some way.
Today was certainly productive! I built the shelving on the back wall, and started engineering / printing a silicone bucket mod that'll allow me to pour cleanly from Smooth-On's buckets without a mess.
And the buckets can still stack!
