Two Westminster by-elections in Scotland today. Aberdeen South is undoubtedly the higher profile of them, replacing former SNP Westminster Leader Stephen Flynn. The Conservatives fancy their chances here after running him close at Holyrood last month, but that may depend on how tactical voters feel.
A highly competitive by-election may not garner quite as much attention as one happening on the same day south of the border, but is a key contest in a Scottish context.
