🎓 Congratulations to Lukas Kestler on the successful defense of his dissertation, which was written at the Institute. “Restoring Competition in Ad Tech – A Study on the Potential of Art. 102 TFEU, the DMA, and the German Competition Act” was supervised by Josef Drexl.
Lukas's research tackles one of the most pressing issues in digital competition law: #Google's monopoly position in the markets for advertising technologies.
