I think the whole VTubing area of streaming is super fascinating, but with all areas of revenue-generating work if it isn't professional or taken seriously, abuse is likely to happen.
Mods are volunteers. Their job is to (when able) help out in fostering and maintaining a healthy community.
Your discomfort is not the responsibility of anyone but yourself and possibly (recommended btw) a therapist.

You've made something truly incredible that speaks to a lot of people (hey, me too!) and, despite the medium and 4th wall breaks, manages to speak to the audience on a level beyond just entertainment.
