He lets out a comedic laugh. The situation itself was humorous to him. "You could say that."
Shivers ran down his spine as he thought of the things he's faced.
"A doctor? Uh - Nice to meet you, Dr. Gideon."
He's never heard the name before but at least it made sense on the comment before.
"James. James Sunderland."

He laughs, shaking his head. "No - I don't think that counts." There's a smile on his lips as well, something that felt rare nowadays.
He's now completely ignoring the tv, looking at her instead. There's a smile on his lips.
"You remind me of my wife. . . She was the same like you."
He clears his throat. "Watching comedy or something that lightens the mood is always nice. I enjoy it every once in a while."
