Stuck my meat thermometer into a carton in milk. It came up at 51 degrees. 😭
Given the outages and road closures here, I'm not sure what's open. The most helpful thing right now would be to get some milk (carton, no plastic due to MCAS), ice, and a cooler to keep it all in.
Otherwise, I can't eat.

- I get to see an endocrinologist at the end of the month to check on my cortisol levels to solve a health mystery
- I’m actually able to really walk again thanks to steroid shots in my SI joint
- I only owe $3200 on my car loan!!! I’m so close to paying it off!
