Stuck my meat thermometer into a carton in milk. It came up at 51 degrees. ðŸ˜
Given the outages and road closures here, I'm not sure what's open. The most helpful thing right now would be to get some milk (carton, no plastic due to MCAS), ice, and a cooler to keep it all in.
Otherwise, I can't eat.

How long will it be safe for me to consume any of the (just restocked yesterday ðŸ˜) perishables in my fridge? The power's been out 14 hours.
If I don't get it back soon everything is going to be a loss.
Without power, I can't eat 90% of my limited options since I can't use the Instant Pot or stove.
