NOT ONE DIME! We tried to tell everyone that Trump was lying about the ballroom being fully privately funded. It turns out taxpayers are expected to cover about $300 million of the $600 million price tag. If Trump wants a ballroom, he can pay with the money he’s been grifting off the presidency.

As many suspected, taxpayers will end up footing part of the bill for the new White House ballroom after all. According to a new report from The Washington Post, the estimated cost of the project has now climbed to $600 million, with roughly half expected to come from taxpayer dollars.
