Just so, and the whole point of declaring Palestine Action to be a terrorist group equivalent to Al Qaeda or ISIS was just this: to demonstrate that the government can and will arbitrarily declare you a terrorist, the courts will absolutely enforce that and the press will collaborate gladly.
