Yknow what’s weird, after a while being depressed stops feeling like being depressed and just starts to feel like how you normally are by default, and it’s like you have shifted into a different person than before. It happened to me during my previous depression episode too —
And like, the last “me” I remember actually feeling like the real “me” was left somewhere in my teen years, every time I look back on me prior to my depression starting up when I was 22 up till when it calmed down for a bit at 27~ish? I don’t recognize that person at all. And it’s happening again—
