I had no time to work out yesterday. But bc I live in a walkable/bikeable place I was able to:
-🚶🏻my kids to school (1 mile round trip)
-🚲 to my massage appt (6 miles round trip)
-🚶🏻to get my kids from school (another mile)
-🚲 to visit a friend (6 miles round trip)
So I still got movement in my day.
