Person at dinner last night was talking about how their dad owns a bag older than them. Their dad got the bag in 1994. I'm impressed that I didn't just turn to dust on the spot.
The sight of Christian Nationalist flags flying in East Belfast alongside Israeli flags is sending me.
Now I want a delicious biscuit that looks like the Ea-nāṣir complaint tablet.
In a posh pub for lunch and they are exclusively playing 00's music. Which would have been like a pub playing 70's music when I was a teen. 💀
A few years ago we were having unseasonably warm weather, and I was greeted in the library by one of our regulars. They commented on the weather and said "Thank god for climate change!" I didn't respond - if opened my mouth the words would not be professional.
Any recommendations please for a fun, page-turny summer holiday read? Ideally I’d wipe Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow from my brain and just read that again but failing that, what’s the next best thing?
