Can someone make this make sense?
Just had my session at Queen's tomorrow cancelled as they have closed the campus down.
Absolutely gutted for a number of selfish reasons but mostly breaking my heart thinking about the international students I meet each year who are all so lovely. I hope they are ok.
There is one thing that is really bothering me about this though.
Last night on the dog walk separately two lads walked past me wearing all black walking in the direction of the riots. One of them stopped to fuss the dog. He had a middle class accent.
We should build a housing estate just for the right wing extremists to keep them happy.
And put up a big wall around it to keep people who scare them out.
And for their own protection a big gate and security guards.
And for their own safety, you understand, not let them out of it ever.
I used to live in Wimbledon and everyone (in good humour) whinged about the tennis. 😆
Complete shit show. Translink have now decided they can't guarantee the school buses so school have asked everyone to pick up their kids.
By the time I manage to negotiate the gridlock and pick him up we'll be on the road just as the paramilitaries start their shit.

Translink didn't even tell the school they couldn't guarantee the buses. The school phoned them to double check.
I know things are constantly in motion but this is genuinely ridiculous.

If it comes out that the numbers of rioters have boosted by people who would never before been involved in anything like this but who have had their brains cooked by algorithm led social media and video platforms I'd not be surprised.
I've lost about £200 worth of work this week.
I might go demand my money from some of the social clubs down the road that are the breeding grounds for those bastards.
