Discord has a feature that allows users to install apps onto their own accounts. Even if you ban or kick the account, the app can continue posting in your server because the app itself wasn't removed.

To help prevent this, go into each channel's settings (the little cog icon), select "Permissions", scroll down and disable "Use External Apps"!
